At SURVISION, we design, manufacture and commercialize License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras and associated cloud-based solutions. Our technology is used internationally by public and private operators who rely on high-performance, connected systems. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Technician to join our Support Team at our headquarters in Nanterre (France).
As part of the Support team, you will:
Provide technical support to international clients
Operate within our Control Room, where connected LPR cameras are monitored, validated and supervised
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to network connectivity, system configuration and hardware setup
Assist customers with installation, configuration and performance optimization
Escalate and collaborate internally with R&D and technical teams when necessary
This role combines client interaction, technical troubleshooting, and operational monitoring in a highly specialized technological environment.
We are looking for someone who:
Is comfortable working with TCP/IP environments and networking fundamentals
Has solid general knowledge of IT tools and systems (OS, configuration, troubleshooting)
Understands basic hardware concepts
Is rigorous, analytical and solution-oriented
Is comfortable working in an on-site, team-based operational environment
Our technology is highly specialized. You will be fully trained on our products and solutions - motivation and technical foundations are more important than prior LPR experience.
Language Requirements
Fluent French and English is mandatory (spoken and written)
German will be a strong plus
